How we work
When you deposit, you send crypto to the address shown in your dashboard and submit the transaction hash or a screenshot. Our team verifies the payment and credits your balance, usually within 24 hours. Profit is credited to your account by our team and shown separately from your balance.
Withdrawals go only to wallets you've saved, require your withdrawal PIN, and are reviewed within 24–48 hours. While a withdrawal is pending, the amount is reserved; if it's rejected, it returns to your balance immediately.
